Lido Shuffle: An Exercise In Collaboration

Frank Isaac is the founder of Lido Shuffle LLC, a company he launched in March 2026 to set up and bring to market motion picture projects, documentaries, and content across traditional and emerging platforms. The company is built around a small circle of filmmakers Frank has long-standing relationships with, championing original work from creators whose vision he knows and trusts.

Frank brings more than four decades in film and television — most recently in the specialized world of completion bonds, where his role was to ensure that ambitious productions were delivered on schedule, on budget, and on the filmmaker's creative terms.

From 2013 to 2026, Frank served as Senior Vice President of Production at Film Finances, the preeminent completion bond company in the entertainment industry. There he oversaw an exceptional slate including Blade Runner 2049, Sicario, Nightcrawler, Pig, The Glorias, Sense8, Pawn Sacrifice, and The Guilty, alongside landmark documentary series' Our Planet, Making a Murderer, and Chef's Table.

Before Film Finances, Frank spent thirteen years (2000–2013) as SVP of Production at International Film Guarantors, supervising productions including The Aviator, Tomb Raider, Terminator 3, Insomnia, Ray, Prisoners, and Marvel's Iron Man, Iron Man 2, and The Incredible Hulk. Across those two tenures he worked on an extraordinary series of films helmed by directors including Martin Scorsese, Christopher Nolan, Denis Villeneuve, Kathryn Bigelow, Jon Favreau, Oliver Stone, Gus Van Sant, Michael Sarnoski and Antoine Fuqua.

Earlier in his career, as Vice President of Production at Largo Entertainment (1996–1999), Frank oversaw a slate that included Ridley Scott's G.I. Jane, John Irvin's City of Industry, This World, Then the Fireworks, and Paul Schrader's Affliction — which earned James Coburn an Oscar and Nick Nolte a nomination.

Before Largo, he co-produced Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde (1995) under legendary producer Ray Stark and served as Co-Executive Producer on Disney's Encino Woman for ABC. His career began in independent film, producing six features in Argentina for Roger Corman before moving to Shapiro Glickenhaus Entertainment as its head of production. His first production credit was on MGM's The Beastmaster.

A graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in Cinema-Television, Frank has built a reputation as both an advocate for filmmakers' visions and a trusted steward of complex productions — balancing creative ambition with financial and logistical precision.

Throughout his career, Frank has collaborated closely with  producers, directors, executives, and crews worldwide, an aspect of the work he considers one of his greatest privileges.
